Merhaba/Bonjour/Salut/Hola/Hello!

"Oh, how I have missed deviantART as well as each and one of you".

I'm back and "WOW", how things have changed on dA and with my dA family. I am out of the loop; so-to-speak. So it will take me a bit to figure out all the "new".

I thank each and everyone of you for all the well wishes and concern with my health. I truly appreciate you and continued support of my art in my absence as well.

This journal I decided to feature my own personal favourites out of my galeri. Sometimes it's nice to reflect and being that I lost my inspiration temporarily (heath issues and life events struck me hard suddenly)... reflecting at this time seems fitting for me.

The complexity of of life has bitten me in the rear again. I have been going through some health struggles as well as a bit of life altering events. Please do not think that I have ignored all of you beautiful people. I just needed a short "break"...

Somewhere in all of this I have lost my inspiration. "In due time", I will find it again. For now, all I can do is take things one day @ a time. "Live and learn" so-to-speak.

I will attend all of your deviations, notes and messages A.S.A.P. - it may take me a while to catchup however, I will catchup. I have over 4k in my Inbox so, please bare with me.

This week I thought I would feature something that is very near and dear to my heart. Animal adoption/rescue is something that I personally have been involved with entire life. No matter the animal 'they' like 'we' want to be wanted and loved. I strongly believe "all" life is precious and deserves to be respected and loved.

Please take time to view all of the featured below. The featured are various stories of adoption; rather it be human to animal adoption/rescue or animal to animal adoption/rescue.

If you would like to recommend a thumb/submission to be added to this collection I encourage you to send me the information. I will happily add to this journal; I maybe adding more myself as well.

MY NEW WATERMARK

_{I am sure many of you have noticed the 'SHARE' tool on dA in reference to your deviations. This new tool has raised many of eyebrows and I am sure will continue to. Although I do understand dA's position to have this tool, I have to respect my own opinions as well. There are many ups and downs having this tool... just as much as there are ups and downs in uploading ANYthing onto the Internet. So to protect myself from any further Copyright Infringement (yes, this has happened to me in the past) I have decided in addition to my copyrights and hidden Watermarks I would change my current visible Watermark to be more obnoxious that before. So if this bothers you, I apologize. I have to do what I feel is right in protecting my works as much as possible. Do not be surprised if you see some of my works being "updated" in your [deviations inbox] the near future.}

I personally do not think Watermarks make your art ugly...
Watermarks help deter and discourage Copyright Infringement.

If you haven't noticed I have changed my avatar yet again... I think I change my avatar with the seasons. And yes, due to a dare a while back my "girls" are still on my avatar

... as well as my love of muzik is present.

Ok, now to serious business...

Do any of you out there in dA Land know how to properly take "silhouette fotgraf of the human body"? I have been thinking for sometime now of doing this but haven't a clue how to start. Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
